This position is eligible for teleworking, which is currently one day per week. New hires are eligible to apply 30 days after their effective hire date.

Position Objective:

The Emerging Talent Programming Coordinator supports the delivery of high-quality emerging talent programs by coordinating logistics, communications, and stakeholder support. This role exists to ensure interns, emerging talent participants, and managers experience a consistent, engaging, and well-supported pipeline while contributing to program branding and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for emerging talent programming, including onboarding, orientations, tours, development sessions, trainings, and offboarding, to ensure smooth execution.
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for interns, emerging talent participants, and hiring managers, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
  • Support the intake, organization, and coordination of requests for programming engagement to maintain alignment with program priorities and capacity.
  • Maintain accurate, current program documentation, program records, trackers, contacts, calendars, and resources to ensure consistent information sharing across internal partners.
  • Support manager and participant education efforts through office hours, kick-off sessions, and program communications to drive clarity and engagement.
  • Track and report on program KPIs such as participation, satisfaction, and engagement to support program evaluation and improvement.
  • Assist with identifying experience gaps and opportunities for enhancement based on participant and manager feedback.
  • Partner with the Emerging Talent Branding Coordinator and greater Talent team to support light branding efforts (e.g., program promotion, storytelling, content sharing) that highlight program experiences.
  • Support coordination with external programming partners and escalate issues as needed to ensure continuity and quality of program delivery.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities, meet deadlines, and support program execution.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams, managing workflows, and coordinating program-related logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with interns, managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced, and stakeholder-facing environment.
  • Ability to track, organize, and support reporting on program participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics.
  • Proficiency in and/or ability to quickly learn to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in and/or ability to learn to manage short- and long-term projects efficiently and accurately.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in or ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite or comparable applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

 

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma with two (2) years of experience supporting programs, coordination, or administrative operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Associate’s degree with one (1) year of experience supporting programs, coordination, or administrative operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
