Position Overview:
The Station Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the HDC (Heavy Duty Cleaning) team. This role ensures timely dispatch and resolution of nonconformities related to scrubber machines, maintains compliance with operational standards, and coordinates vendors dispatches and repairs to support the efficient operations of in-service availability of scrubber machines. The supervisor also leads performance tracking, field analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations
  • Monitor HDC schedule to ensure nonconformities are dispatched using FIFO methodology.
  • Prioritize stations with 3+ nonconformities and validate ticket legitimacy to prevent misuse.
  • Review field findings related to machine integrity, user behavior, and environmental factors.
  • Prepare bi-weekly root cause reports for DGSM meetings.
  • Ensure alignment and engagement of supervisors, vendors, and cleaners with operational goals.
Weekly Oversight
  • Track and dispatch weekly nonconformities in EAM.
  • Identify high-priority stations and top recurring issues.
  • Reconcile completed work orders with vendor invoices to ensure compliance and accountability.
  • Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions.
 
3rd HDC Team Management
  • Oversee the 3rd HDC Team responsible for:
    • Visiting stations with multiple machines or trouble reports
    • Performing minor repairs and adjustments
    • Reporting findings and generating vendor tickets
  • Support HUB stations by ensuring machines are operational and defect-free.

Compensation:

Station Supervisor I   - (Lateral Transfer)

Station Supervisor II   - (Lateral Transfer)

Education and Experience:

Station Supervisors who have one (1) year in title.

Desired Skills:
• Proven experience operating and resolving issues with scrubber machines
• Background in operations, maintenance, and facilities management
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (EAM, Power Bl preferred)
• Effective communicator with strong coordination and team leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
