Responsibilities
The selected candidates will provide administrative support and assist in a variety of functions for the Department of Security in the Operations Support Unit and Field Operations. The incumbents will keep track of invoices; verify allied security guards schedules; reconcile procurement cards and reconcile requisitions of materials used with the Field Operations and storeroom; responsibilities also included but not limited to the timely collection and dissemination of information / documentation; collecting, preparing and analyzing data for studies, reports; alerts and notifications; creating technical reports and spreadsheets and charts and presentations using technical tools and customized computer system software; assist in the delivery of oral presentations to the Executive Staff; participate in special projects. Mandatory overtime may be required, as needs arise. Maybe required to work weekends, holidays, and different tours.
Education and Experience Requirements
Staff Analyst Trainee II:
A Baccalaureate degree in a related field and one (1) year of full-time experience as a
Staff Analyst Trainee I:
A Baccalaureate degree in a related field from an accredited college.
Staff Analyst Trainee II:
Desired Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, as well as MS Windows
Experience with computer networking and creating databases, statistical models, charts, graphs and spreadsheets
Valid government security clearance is desired
