RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will be accountable for planning, organizing, directing units, and managing all personnel and activities related to infrastructure maintenance, construction, and operations. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to overseeing subordinates and performing duties that may include developing cost estimates, coordinating general orders, providing necessary inspection, maintenance, repair and/or construction activities to ensure safe and reliable infrastructure operation. The selected candidate will also assume the duties and responsibilities of the General Superintendent during their absence.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A high school diploma and six (6) years of relevant experience, including at least three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Extensive knowledge of transportation operations with respect to infrastructure maintenance and construction, safety rules and safe work practices, material procurement and labor contracts.
Experience in the repair, testing, maintenance, reconstruction, rehabilitation and installation of infrastructure components of a Rapid Transit System.
SELECTION METHOD
Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, interview, and written assessment.

Final salary is determined experience, skillset, and alignment with compensation practices. The posted range reflects expected compensation and may be updated as market or business needs evolve.
