To be considered for this position, current MTA employees must have at least one year of service in their current role. Eligibility to interview also requires maintaining a satisfactory record in performance, attendance, and disciplinary conduct.

1st Year $112,448
2nd Year $114,057
3rd Year $118,067
A motor vehicle driver licenses valid in the State of New York with no restrictions which would preclude the performance of Maintenance Supervisor (Telephones) work. This license must be maintained for the duration of employment.
- Thorough knowledge of electronic equipment maintenance, repair, test equipment and troubleshooting procedures.
- Experience working with a diverse staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience creating procedures for preventive and remedial maintenance.
- Working knowledge of all NYCT Rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
