Compensation:
Salary Range (Grade E/551): $90,590 - $128,239
 
Responsibilities:
This Manager Facilities Analysis & Support provides complex analytical and support services to both the Asst. Chief Facilities Management and the Vice President, Facilities. This position assists in the development, implementation, and tracking of the Facilities Division Strategic vision. Lastly, this position will be responsible for the monitoring and analysis of performance indicators across all the Facilities team to drive best industry standards as well as supporting key initiatives and projects.   
 
Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree preferred in Business, Architecture/Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Public Policy, City or Urban Planning, Transportation, or a related field and seven (7) years of full-time related experience and three (3) years of managerial/supervisory/administrative experience.
 
Desired Skills:
  1. In-depth real estate/facilities expertise in property management/real estate industry
  2. Strong financial and strategic planning skills
  3. Expertise in data analysis and presentation
 
Selection Method:
Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, and interview.
All appointments, with the exception of the Department of Subways employees on MABSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
