This position is eligible for teleworking, which is currently one day per week. New hires are eligible to apply 30 days after their effective hire date.

Position Objective:
This role combines expertise in videography, photography, motion graphics, and graphic design to create compelling visual content that strengthens our brand and engages our audience across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can seamlessly move between shooting high-quality video/photo content and producing polished designs and animations with keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies. Execute a workflow of the entire production process from conception to completion for each project.
- Shoot and edit professional Marketing videos and photography for use on digital screens, social media accounts, and other promotional channels.
- Design visual graphic elements that complement video assets, while aligning with brand guidelines.
- Create motion graphics and animated content using Adobe After Effects.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library and production schedule.
- Stay current with emerging visual trends, techniques, and technologies, and provide creative input on visual storytelling approaches and brand aesthetics.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroo,m and Photoshop
- Strong portfolio showcasing video, photography, and graphic design work
- Experience with motion graphics and animation techniques
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition and detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Camera operation (RED/Z-Cam/Sony mirrorless) and lighting techniques
- Video editing and color correction
- Motion graphics and animation
- Graphic design principles and execution
- Sound recording and editing
- Knowledge of digital file formats and optimization for different platforms
- Understanding of video compression and delivery methods
- Experience with 3D animation or modeling software
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Understanding of content marketing strategies
- Experience directing talent or conducting interviews
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in film, video production, photography, graphic design, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in media production or similar.
The Following is/are preferred:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
Other Information
May need to work outside of normal work hours (i.e., evenings and weekends)
Travel may be required to other MTA locations or other external sites.
