Position Purpose:
As a Procurement Graduate, your procurement and contractual knowledge will be gained through several development opportunities and on-the-job training to develop wider technical procurement experience. You will be working with a diverse team of professionals who will support your learning and development and help you to realize your potential.
You will work and gain knowledge in the following areas:
- Procurement cycle & process
- Shipping methods & Incoterms
- Customs clearance process
- Payment terms and accounts payable cycle
- Warehousing and Inventory Management
- Types of contracts
- Contracts reviewing and drafting
- Contracts Negotiation
- Legal background
- Disputes resolution and claim settlement
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Engineering, Accounting, economics, …etc)
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent command of English skills.
- Ability to work in a team
- A growth mindset and willingness to accept criticism.
- Good observation skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player with multi-cultural exposure, strong ownership & safety commitment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & Presentations skills.
