Role Summary
In support of this project, MPC is seeking a Business Analyst to provide support to the federal customers to understand and document business and system requirements and processes. This role will support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
What You Will Be Doing
- Performing typical business analytic functions including, but not limited to, requirements gathering and synthesis, workflow and business process analysis, change management, and program management support
- Creating communications and presentations, facilitating meetings, tracking decisions/issues/risks, and supporting the team and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Translating strategy into specific business initiatives and recommendations
- Developing and using performance metrics to measure, evaluate, and enhance program and client success through program evaluation and performance management techniques
- Supporting and directly developing project deliverables with a high degree of quality and accuracy
- Organizing and using knowledge management tools effectively to support team and client needs
What We Need From You (Required)
- A minimum of 10 years or more of direct experience in Business Analysis
- Data Analysis and Visualization as well as Statistical and quantitative analysis skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerBi desired
