Role Summary

MetaPhase is seeking a Project Delivery Analyst to support a long-term culture change effort. Successful candidates will acquire knowledge of the various operational functions and processes of the organization while working closely with technology partners and key stakeholders to determine the best tools and solutions to meet objectives. Successful candidates must also work effectively in teams, be sharp, creative, well written, and articulate when speaking with senior client leadership. 

   What You Will Be Doing

  • Project Coordination & Management Support – 30% 
    • Provide support for all program project planning, execution, and delivery activities. 
    • Support the creation of project deliverables and artifacts (like compliance matrices, SOPs, roadmaps, planning documents, briefings, status reviews, lessons learned, agendas, risk matrices, etc.). 
    • Develop, track, and report on project progress, goals, milestones, and metrics. 
    • Assist in change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems or processes. 
    • Track decisions/issues/risks, supporting the team and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Internal (MPC) and external (client) knowledge management. 
  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement Support– 30% 
    • Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. 
    • Create and maintain process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and supporting training materials. 
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and collaborate with Program Manager to advise innovative solutions for improvement. 
  • Training & Education Support – 25% 
    • Support activities related to training and education design, development, delivery, improvement, and analysis as needed.  
    • Provide ongoing support to ensure that stakeholders are effectively utilizing products and services. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement Support– 15% 
    • Support and facilitate full-cycle stakeholder engagement.  
    • Act as the primary point of contact for designated clients and stakeholders. 
    • Establish trust and foster strong relationships with internal teams and government employees. 
    • Support the conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to discuss performance metrics, service improvements, and future needs.
 

What We Need From You (Required)

  • Active Secret (or higher) level security clearance is required, no exceptions. 
  • Minimum four or more (4+) years of management consulting, business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, &/or project management delivery experience.
  • Strong customer engagement skills, with the ability to successfully communicate with clients on program objectives, managing the client relationship and expectations.  
  • Experience successfully developing and managing business processes.
  • Experience facilitating working sessions with end users and all levels of stakeholders to capture business needs and requirements.  
  • Experience with developing professional briefing materials to convey analysis using Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint and Visio).
  • Ability to be a self–starter, team player, and effective leader in a fast–paced environment.

Bonus Points (Desired)

  • Experience at a federal agency preferred.  
  • Delivery experience within integrated teams.

Work Location

This position requires the employee to be within the commuting area of Rosslyn, VA and be in the office 1-2 times per week.

Education Level

Minimum bachelor's degree in business and/or related field; or equivalent years’ experience 

Clearance Level

This position requires a US security clearance at the “Secret” level or above (no exceptions); U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS) 
 
 Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 65k-80k.
