Role Summary
MetaPhase Consulting supports the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by providing support to the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO). MetaPhase will support implementing the second USCIS Data Strategy and general office support with communications and diverse front office activities. OCDO requires professional service staff who are knowledgeable about data and technology, and harmonizing data entering USCIS data systems to conform to DHS and USCIS data standards and data quality controls.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead efforts to expand the development, implementation, and maintenance of data standards across the agency’s current and future systems
- Identifying key strategies, developing, and presenting recommendations packages including impact assessments, liaising with external offices as needed
- Implementing approved data standards, and developing monitoring and reporting capabilities
- Identify gaps and support work to further mature data integrity across the enterprise
- Provide recommendations for maintaining data standard inventories
- Support the development and approval of data standards
- Manage data tools and data schemas to facilitate data standard adoption and use
What We Need From You (Required)
- Certified Project Management (PMP) or have a minimum of at least (10) ten years of project management experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facilitating success in establishing data standards, data management, and leading the technical and human aspects of data-related projects
- Educational and PM certification requirements may be accomplished by having at least five (5) years of direct experience in planning, executing, and implementing projects, and managing stakeholders

Education Level
Minimum Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, data management, or similar field; Certified in Project Management (PM) or minimum (10) years of project management
Clearance Level
Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust; U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
