Role Summary:
Have you ever tried convincing your introvert friend to get off the couch and come with you to a restaurant/party/museum/anywhere? That’s us! That’s our job! We are scouring all corners of the internet and reviewing resumes, looking for great talent and telling them why MetaPhase is a great place to work. If you are a Senior Technical Recruiter with 6+ years of experience in providing full life cycle recruiting responsibilities to a talent acquisition team, come join us! Federal government contracting is a special kind of recruiting and our candidate must have experience navigating those waters. In this role, you will own a large, demanding portfolio.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
- A minimum of six (6+) or more years of full life cycle recruiting experience managing client facing and candidate facing responsibilities for a large volume of requisitions.
- Minimum two (2+) or more years in the federal government contracting industry
- A minimum of four (4+) years of experience recruiting for various technology roles and technical skills (e.g. CRM/CMS, application development, cloud deployment, data, AI/ML etc.)
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required; MetaPhase currently utilizes Jobvite for this platform
- Experience recruiting top technical talent and using various recruitment tools to source and identify qualified talent
- Experience working in a high volume, metric driven environment
- Ability to create strategy and contribute ideas to improve process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint)
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruiting responsibilities while supporting leadership at MetaPhase, including all client and candidate-facing aspects.
- Support the recruiting lifecycle from requisition open to requisition filled for high volume technical needs
- Build a strong pipeline of technical talent through creative efforts to source and engage talent
- Research, source, and proactively market technical candidates throughout the organization
- Represent MetaPhase’s value proposition and mission in a compelling manner
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements (EEO, AAP, and state specific)
