Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft HCM Functional Expert Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing significant improvements to improve the applicant and HR staff user experience in our client's PeopleSoft system.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to meet their screening process requirements.
- Perform detailed fit-gap analysis to identify discrepancies between the current PeopleSoft configuration and desired features.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements based on stakeholder needs.
- Act as a liaison between DCHR and OCTO technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timelines.
- Provide subject matter expertise on PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) and Candidate Gateway (CG) best practices.
- Configure and customize TAM and CG modules to meet specific needs.
- Design and execute unit, system, and user acceptance testing plans to ensure new configurations align with business requirements.
- Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to users, recruiters, and stakeholders.
What We Need From You (Required)
- 6 years of software development lifecycle experience.
- 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway.
- Ability to read and interpret Peoplecode.
- Experience with Oracle SQL and PeopleSoft query development.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 110-160k
