Role Summary
MetaPhase Consulting is supporting CISA International which collects, analyzes, and reports data related to international activities (meetings, multilateral engagements, subject matter exchanges, etc.), strengthening the measurement and evaluation of the sub-division’s performance and programs so as to help CISA leadership make decisions that align with its strategic plan and country partner priorities. The team has been rapidly building reports and other tools into several Power BI dashboards. Additionally, the government would like to improve their business processes and overall data quality.
In support of this project, MPC is seeking a Power BI Developer with 8+ years of professional experience to support CISA International in continuing to build out its new dashboards and apps.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for gathering requirements. This includes process information, customer pain points, system requirements, and desired end state.
- Designing and building Microsoft solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate reports/dashboards.
- Prepare and present briefings to describe how reports/dashboards are constructed and used.
- Identify, analyze, interpret trends, and establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
- Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information, identify efficiencies, and implement procedures to increase data quality.
- Work collaboratively with a team of developers and become an active member of the tech transformation practice area for knowledge sharing and to collaborate with practice peers.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing other members of the team.
What We Need From You (Required)
- A minimum of eight (8+) or more years of direct experience in data analysis, data visualization and/or data management and reporting.
- Three (3+) or more years of direct experience with Power BI
- One to three (1-3+) years of experience using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Experience with designing, developing, and deploying Power BI dashboards.
- Experience working with large data sets, data models (transactional and dimensional), and dashboards.
- Experience acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintaining data systems from Development to Production.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Bonus Points (Desired)
- Microsoft Power BI certification
Work Location
Hybrid – one day a week at client site, possibility to go onsite 2-3x a week in 2025.

Education Level
8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in technical or related field; 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
Clearance Level
Active Public Trust Clearance (or ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance) US Citizenship is required
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 120k-140k.
