Role Summary
MetaPhase is seeking a Financial Management Specialist to be part of a Service Management team supporting the infrastructure operations of a large federal agency which provides infrastructure services on a shared services model. Primary responsibilities include supporting the execution and enhancement of ordering and service request functions as well as tracking and managing vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
What You Will Be Doing
Generating vendor SLA verification and validation for performance scorecards. Developing financial and IV&V reports. Analyzing and presenting data related to emerging requirements, IT services, and billing, including as it may inform the Acquisition Lifecycle. Optimizing service operations by recommending and implementing improvements, for example to Excel-based tools for service ordering functions or to data visualizations to inform program leadership. Performing financial data analysis to track telecommunications usage, costs, network connectivity, and cloud usage as well as to identify service utilization patterns, troubleshoot outages, and create technical performance evaluations.
What We Need From You (Required)
- 7 years of experience in financial operations.
- Experience in financial operations in a Federal Government environment.
- Experience developing, overseeing, and monitoring SLA/SLO metrics.
- Experience managing and directing work efforts within the Financial Management area, including developing Financial Plans.
- Experience developing allocation methodologies for customer cost sharing.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points (Desired)
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $115-138K
