Role Summary
MetaPhase is seeking a Program Analyst with a minimum of 3+ years of experience to be a part of a Federal team supporting the Office of Strategy, Policy and Plans (SPP) within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). SPP promotes the integration of policy and strategy across all CISA’s mission areas and is responsible for carrying out the organization’s mission to reduce cyber and physical risks to critical infrastructure.
MetaPhase is seeking a Program Analyst with a minimum of 3+ years of experience to be a part of a Federal team supporting the Office of Strategy, Policy and Plans (SPP) within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). SPP promotes the integration of policy and strategy across all CISA’s mission areas and is responsible for carrying out the organization’s mission to reduce cyber and physical risks to critical infrastructure.
This team works closely to provide support for program and policy management services, policy and strategy analysis, knowledge management, and planning.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support the development of national policy, strategy, and legislative materials
- Intake complex concepts and solutions and translate them into multiple types of documents, including but not limited to: policies, plans, requirements, diagrams, operating procedures, and reports
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including academia and subject matter experts
- Track and manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously
- Leverage communication and organizational skills to create communication materials, standard operating procedures, and support event logistics and operations
What We Need From You (Required)
- 3+ years in federal consulting, program and policy management services, policy and strategy analysis, knowledge management, and correspondence and task management
- Strong English language writing skills, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and track multiple complex tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Top-Secret Clearance
Bonus Points (Desired)
- Expertise in program research methodologies and best practices
- Expertise with guidelines such as CISA Style Guide, Section 508, and Plain Writing Act
