MetaPhase supports a federal strategic communications and training section that develops policy-informed communications, delivers targeted training, and ensures messaging aligns with regulatory standards and national security priorities. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to produce accurate, accessible content and training solutions that strengthen compliance, promote data integrity and support informed decision-making across the program.
- Lead the design, development, and execution of enterprise-level training and outreach strategies supporting federal programs and regulated environments.
- Develop high-quality instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning solutions.
- Translate complex regulatory, policy, and technical content into clear, engaging, and accessible training materials.
- Create full lifecycle training products including curriculum, storyboards, presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and eLearning content.
- Design assessments and evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and use performance data to continuously improve learning solutions.
- Coordinate content reviews and clearances with subject matter experts, technical editors, and federal stakeholders.
What We Need From You (Required):
- A minimum of ten (10) years of specialized experience leading enterprise-level instructional design and training initiatives for federal agencies or large regulated programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Agile, Design Thinking).
- Hands-on experience with PowerPoint, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to meet federal compliance standards including Plain Language and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
Work Setup:
- Tysons Corner, VA
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications or a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
- Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $115,000 - 135,000.
