Role Summary 

MetaPhase is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager with a minimum of ten (10+) or more years of experience to be a part of our Federal Civilian market team overseeing a multi million dollar Program. Our team’s services span IT Project Management, Requirements & Architecture, Data & Innovation, and Information Security.  


What You Will Be Doing     

• Provide oversight and management of a large ServiceNow project planning, execution, and delivery management for a Federal agency.
• Manage multiple projects including a cross-functional team of IT business analysts and subject matter experts to enable project success 
• Provide thought leadership and direction to ensure that strategic and tactical plans reflect and support customer mission needs and priorities 
• Develop and maintain project charters, work breakdown structures, and schedules in support of contractual requirements 
• Proactively identify and communicate project status to client leadership including risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs 
• Liaison between project teams, client leadership, teaming partners, and customer stakeholders to promote proactivity, collaboration, and innovative thinking  

What We Need From You (Required)    

• Minimum of ten (10+) or more years providing IT support to the Federal Government 
• PMP Certification.
• At least 5 years' experience as a ServiceNow Project Manager role leading IT projects 
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC process, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies 
• Ability to learn new systems or processes quickly to communicate stakeholder needs and drive towards solution development 
• Comfortable working with senior client leadership and managing stakeholder engagement for high-visibility projects 

Bonus Points (Desired)    

• ServiceNow certifications, such as the Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist
