Role Summary
In support of a project with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) International team, MPC is seeking a functional Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to provide business analysis and strategic communications to support our client in addressing critical national cyber, infrastructure and technology risks.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee the development of procedural documentation by preparing, revising, and delivering documents addressing various subjects of strategic policy and emergent challenges for sub-division, division and senior leadership.
- Intake complex concepts and solutions and translate them into multiple types of deliverables, including but not limited to: meeting minutes, action items, briefing decks, requirements, diagrams, standard operating procedures, and reports.
- Manage problem-solving to provide customized business-focused objective advice, expertise and specialist skills to create value and improve business strategy, internal processes, and performance.
- Produce high-quality strategic communications content that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Coordinate meetings and events to include stakeholder engagement and facilities reservations.
- Support knowledge management activities in SharePoint.
What We Need From You (Required)
- A minimum of two or more (2+) years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, project management, and/or operational process improvement
- Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust (US Citizenship required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong English language writing skills, communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and track multiple tasks when standard processes aren’t yet identified
