Scientist, Discovery Analytical Chemistry - Antibody-Drug Conjugates

Discovery Analytical Cambridge, Massachusetts

What’s in it for you?

You will creatively develop and implement analytical methods that enable in depth profiling of diverse antibody-drug conjugates and linker payloads. You will use available methods and instrumentation to generate analytical data packages that enable comprehensive analytical characterization of new and existing small and large molecular entities. You will be an integral part of interdisciplinary discovery teams where you will actively contribute to definition of scientific objectives, communicate results, discuss significance of data, and propose next steps. You will contribute to Discovery to Development technology transfer activities. You will have a hands-on contribution to the maintenance of existing analytical instrumentation and be the primary contact for service provided by external vendors. You will have an opportunity to propose and implement new analytical capabilities for thorough characterization of ADCs and linker payloads. This role reports to the Discovery Analytical Team Lead.

How do you know if you’re the right fit?

You thrive in a collaborative team environment and embrace new challenges. You are driven by curiosity and pay close attention to detail. You have a thorough understanding of the science underlying chromatographic techniques and familiarity with instrumentation used for characterization of proteins and, ideally, small molecules as evidenced by relevant scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals. You are passionate about what you do.
