Mercy Health Saint Mary's is currently hiring for our RN Residency Program! The RN Residency Program is designed for the recent graduate of an approved nursing educational program that is acceptable to the Board of Nursing and eligible to take the National Council Licensure Exam (NCLEX). The RN Resident (under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse) provides and facilitates patient care through the application of the nursing process and implementation of physician orders within the framework of established policies, procedures, standards and guidelines for patients in specific clinical settings.

Education
Minimum Graduate of an accredited and approved school of nursing; curriculum includes a minimum of 600 hours of clinical instruction in an acute care setting.
Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Credentials/Licensure
Minimum Valid Registered Nurse licensure authorized in the state of Michigan (must have in order to begin program). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
