Your Role:

• Review corporate data accuracy and make updates of database system;
• Exposure to day-to-day corporate secretarial activities: reviewing and drafting corporate legal documents, searching for legal requirements and checking, sorting and uploading client related documents;
• Learn requirements for corporate documents for different types of entities in various countries;

• Be a part of global Mercator by Citco team and be exposed to global locations and functions.

About You:

• You have a degree in Law (or last year student);
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken);
• You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
