Job Summary:

As a member of the ERP team and you will report to President of the Business Applications Team and play an integral role in building and growing our Dynamics ERP and Intacct practice in the U.S. Simply stated, the successful candidate will lead solutioning as part of efforts that drive business development and delivering solutions while mentoring and growing a strong team of leaders and cultivating effective operations.


  • Work collaboratively with existing team leads of the established Dynamics and Intacct practices
  • Coordinate with sales team on business development/sales efforts, craft and develop solution approaches and requisite proposals and successfully engage with clients
  • Network and develop relationships with new clients and partners
  • Lead the delivery and management of client projects, contributing to solutions as needed to establish strong trust- based relationships and drive collective client and team success
  • Mentor and serve as a role model to junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, advocating for their career advancement, and serving as an example of career roles and levels they can aspire to
  • Actively represent our culture by leading and participating in efforts around continuous learning, personal and professional development, community service and team building
  • Recruit top talent at the experienced level and from outstanding colleges
  • Manage the team of Dynamics solutions consultants
  • Diagnose complex technical and business problems and work to uncover unknown and unmet client needs




  • Previous experience leading / growing a Dynamics ERP Practice or another ERP/Business Systems practice
  • At least 10 years managing ERP implementations crossing many industries and levels of complexity
  • Dynamics ERP and CRM Implementation experience
  • Dynamics ERP and CRM Certifications are a huge plus
  • Experience with Intacct a huge plus
  • Experience with Unanet
  • Development experience is an asset
  • Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Expert knowledge of waterfall and agile ERP implementation methodologies
  • Degree in information systems along with business degree and accounting designation is highly desirable 
  • Extensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution of consulting and implementation projects
  • Recognized as valued trusted advisor in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals
  • Passionate and successful in mentoring others and developing their careers
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Surface or discover problem solving opportunities thru your personal network and/or thru market relationships nurtured
