Corporate "Base Camp" Base Camp - El Segundo, CA



Studio City, CA
(Relocating to El Segundo mid-year)


As the Office Administrator, your main area of responsibility will be providing administrative support to the corporate (Base Camp) office.


  • Coordinate and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages (Fed-Ex, USPS, UPS)
  • Coordinate with building manager regarding facilities and building issues
  • Provide admin support for various meetings including company-wide meetings
  • Order catering for the lunch program
  • Coordinate office events
  • Monitor door and let in guests/package deliverers
  • Covid station sanitation - Review each COVID form and scan at the end of each day and file
  • Office organization
  • Maintain printers and call for service if necessary
  • Monitor, order, restock office supply inventory, office snacks and restroom supplies
  • Purchase and restock shipping materials from Amazon, FedEx, and ULINE 


  • Extensive Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience
  • Possess a strong level of discretion and integrity to manage confidential information
  •  Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change the course of action quickly
  • Exceptional communication skills, including writing emails, and verbal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions
  • Detail-oriented and excellent follow-through
  •  Ability to balance work independently with minimal supervision and be able to respond effectively to competing priorities
  • The ability to flex and deal with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced, high growth environment

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
  • Sitting/standing 6-8 hours.
  • Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
  • Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
