What We’re Looking For:
Meltwater is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and data-driven Field Marketing Lead, DACH to join our expanding Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Field Marketing unit to devise and execute strategic campaigns and events, fueling inbound leads, and contributing to pipeline growth and revenue for the sales team. As a key player in both the marketing and field sales teams, the Field Marketing Lead, DACH will directly report to the Director of Marketing, EMEA
What You’ll Do:
  • Strategize and drive marketing campaigns and growth initiatives in the DACH region by executing diverse programs, mastering various marketing platforms, and coordinating the creation of marketing assets for campaigns.
  • Act as the in-market point of contact - for marketing campaigns and events run by the field marketing team, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overarching marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with EMEA Digital Marketing team to ensure effectiveness of paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Be a partner to the sales team by providing assets, assisting in strategic marketing inbound outreach, and using input from sales stakeholders to identify opportunities for new business, upsell, and cross-sell to align with company goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, client success, design, content marketing, and other field marketing teams to optimize campaigns and workflows.
  • Plan and deliver projects, including events, webinars, email marketing, material productions, and third-party partnerships.
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors for a variety of services - from translation to event invitation management
  • Optimize outreach strategies and contribute to nurturing marketing leads effectively.
  • Create and oversee production of campaign materials, and assist in managing the development of creative marketing assets such as landing pages, ads, and copy - including translation where necessary
  • Manage DACH regional marketing spend, continually analyzing Return on Investment (ROI) and evaluate the effectiveness of Field marketing programs against other key objectives.
  • Directly lead the Junior Marketing Manager for the DACH region.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B/SaaS company - or relevant experience within Meltwater
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that resulted in significant lead generation and revenue growth for B2B/SaaS companies.
  • Proven ability to manage expectations of senior execs - and to create relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Aptitude in client and prospect communications, acquired from either sales or marketing roles.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
  • Proven drive and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Solid project management skills, including the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Understanding of field business and target audiences.
  • Marketo and Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Openness to a hybrid work schedule, requiring some in-office presence on a weekly basis - precise arrangements tbc
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of hire is mandatory for this position.
