Marketing Manager
Description
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to help scale Meltwater’s Data-Driven Communications (DDC) program. This is a builder role — part strategist, part hands-on producer. You’ll partner closely with program leadership to shape the vision, and then roll up your sleeves to deliver content, community experiences, enablement, and campaigns that elevate Meltwater’s credibility as a strategic partner (not just a data vendor).
If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operations, and want to own initiatives that directly shift perception, grow executive engagement, and impact customer retention, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Community & Events: Scale weekly DDC workshops (double attendance, triple company participation) and produce immersive executive-facing experiences (firesides, townhalls, consultations).
- Content & Storytelling: Build a library of customer-facing playbooks, case studies, collateral, and digital/social assets that showcase Meltwater’s thought leadership.
- Podcast Production: Drive strategy and execution of the external DDC podcast to expand reach and credibility.
- Assessment Journey: Improve the customer experience of the DDC maturity assessment, and grow completions and consultations.
- Executive Engagement: Design campaigns and experiences that get more C-level leaders interacting with Meltwater.
- Internal Enablement: Increase participation from Meltwater reps in DDC programs; create enablement toolkits that help them bring their accounts into workshops, assessments, and consultations.
- Marketing Operations: Run campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) — building emails, landing pages, workflows, and nurture streams that move prospects/customers through the DDC journey.
- Data & Analytics: Integrate participation and engagement data (workshops, assessments, podcast, enablement) into dashboards; analyze performance and share insights with leadership.
- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs for participation, engagement, and retention — and report results clearly.
What You'll Bring:
- Hybrid thinker-doer: You enjoy shaping strategy but aren’t afraid to execute — whether that’s producing a podcast episode, building a Marketo nurture stream, or drafting an internal playbook.
- Program builder: Experience creating and scaling integrated marketing/community programs (events, content, enablement).
- Storyteller: Strong writing, content creation, and storytelling skills.
- Marketing operations savvy: Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.) and CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus).
- Analytical: Able to turn campaign and participation data into insights and optimizations.
- Community mindset: Skilled at driving participation — both customer-facing and internally with sales/customer teams.
- Metrics-driven: Comfortable setting KPIs and tracking program impact on participation, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborative: Thrives working cross-functionally with executives, sales reps, and customers.
What We Offer:
- Enjoy flexible paid time off that allows you to have an enhanced work-life balance.
- Excellent medical, dental, and vision options
- 401(k) matching, life insurance, commuter benefits, and parental leave plans
- Complimentary CalmApp subscription for you and your loved ones, because mental wellness matters.
- Energetic work environment with a hybrid work style, providing the balance you need.
- Thrive within our inclusive community and seize ongoing professional development opportunities to elevate your career.
