Role Summary
The Vice President of Growth Marketing & Marketing Operations is responsible for leading and implementing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that maximizes client acquisition, specifically targeting pet owners. This role will build a roadmap to an omnichannel acquisition approach across various paid media platforms, including search, social media, programmatic, and video channels. The Vice President will leverage advanced measurement techniques to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, evolving the modeling approach to marketing ROI. Additionally, this role will oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integrations across MedVet, and implement marketing processes and workflows to streamline campaign execution and efficiency.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Lead and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to maximize client acquisition (pet owners).
- Build a roadmap to an omnichannel acquisition approach across platforms, including search, social media, programmatic, and video channels.
- Leverage advanced measurement techniques to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, evolving the modeling approach to marketing ROI.
- Manage media and web agencies and scope.
- Oversee the marketing technology stack (CRM platform, marketing automation tools such as Monday.com, and analytics platforms), ensuring seamless integrations across MedVet.
- Implement marketing processes and workflows to streamline campaign execution and efficiency, working with the Brand and Content team on templated execution to expand scale and localization efforts for digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure data governance, maintaining data quality and accessibility for informed decision-making.
- Oversee digital property management, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Foster IT partnerships to enhance marketing technology capabilities and integrations.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Manage SEO and SEM functions to drive organic and paid search performance.
- Oversee media strategy, prioritizing quality programs to meet varying local hospital needs.
- Manage agency relationships and ensure effective collaboration.
- Drive program management process improvements to enhance marketing operations.
- Develop and implement high-impact performance marketing strategies.
- Create a unified growth strategy to align marketing efforts across channels.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A Marketing leader with 15+ years of progressive experience, including in leadership roles. In addition, this position requires:
- Proven experience in leading digital and growth marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and performance measurement techniques.
- Experience with managing media and web agencies.
- Proficiency in marketing technology stacks, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to implement marketing processes and workflows.
- Successful business record of collaborative leadership to achieve strategic objectives including excellent ability for managing people, building consensus, and integrating team efforts to achieve goals.
- Ability to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and achieve strategic objectives.
- Experience in digital property management, websites and IT partnerships.
- Expertise in campaign planning and execution, as well as website performance via SEO and SEM.
