What you'll do:

  • Creates and submit orders to purchasing department
  • Works collaboratively with teams across sites to determine weekly orders.
  • Daily tracking and communication of blood products and needs
  • Shipping/Receiving, matching POs.
  • Deliver inventory, stock locations, inventory rotation and cleanliness
  • Communicate shipment issues
  • Complete daily cycle counts
  • Comply with regulatory agencies requirements (DEA, SBOP, FDA, OSHA, etc).
  • Weekly calibration of in house laboratory equipment 
  • Coordinating transport needs between hospitals, backup driver if necessary
  • Submits facilities requests for the proper maintenance of the hospital 

Who you are:

  • HS diploma required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Detailed oriented, quality focused and self-motivated
  • Ability to work standing for long periods of time with frequent stooping or bending
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary
  • Must be competent utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
