We are seeking a global campaigns marketing coordinator to assist in the support of global marketing campaign development. You will work closely with the Director, Senior Manager and Manager of Global Marketing Campaigns in support of the planning, developing, executing and measuring effective campaigns and account-specific programs.
Work closely with the Campaign Manager to support the development of core campaign assets such as whitepapers, eBooks, blogs, landing page content, etc.
Draft campaign communications for internal channels and newsletters. Post campaign assets on Highspot.
Support the Global Campaigns team in the creation and updating of campaign playbooks and reports in Google Slides.
Follow best practices, including campaign frameworks, processes and roles and responsibilities.
Focus on the buyer’s journey and key personas to deliver the right program and content at the right time during the course of a campaign.
Stay abreast of key industry trends and Medidata product launches and advancements.

Ability to see the bigger picture and how to weave multiple products and messages into a larger plan
Superior communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across a complex organization
Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch
Familiarity with, and/or ready to learn and master, various tools including Google Suite (including Google Slides, Excel, Word etc.), Parmonic, Smartsheets, Highspot, Wistia, Wordpress, etc.
Your Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field
