Your Mission:

Principal Talent Acquisition Partner oversees the process whereby Medidata sources, screens, interviews and selects the most qualified candidates for open positions throughout the Technology organization. We are a, collaborative team that loves working in a dynamic environment doing exciting and impactful work for the business. Sourcing, attracting, screening and selecting the most qualified talent for open positions specifically focused in the Technology & Data Science organizations.



Your Competencies:

  • Have a passion for all things recruitment to ensure exceptional service and experience for Hiring Managers and candidates.
  • Ability to form relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Partner with all clients through the full life cycle recruitment process.

  • Work with hiring managers to turn approved headcount requisitions into job postings Identify targeted resume databases, job boards, job fairs, academic career development centers and other sources for qualified candidates.

  • Arrange interviews with the relevant staff members for each recruit, including booking space and ensuring.

  • Gather candidate feedback after interviews to ensure further discussion and action items, including hiring recommendations.

  • Flexibility to work on Global Talent Acquisition projects and open requisitions across the broader business when needs arise.

 

Your Education & Experience:

  • 7 or more years of recruiting experience in a SaaS, Technology or Life Science industry..

  • Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships.

  • Able to develop a plan, drive process and source a diverse talent slate of candidates.

  • Familiar with market trends and data metrics that allow you to help influence decisions.

  • Experience working with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Advanced knowledge of Boolean logic and the ability to perform specialized searches.

  • Commitment to creating an excellent candidate and internal customer experience.

  • Inquisitive thinker who excels by staying on top of the latest methods of attracting qualified candidates.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
