The primary responsibility of the Training Administrator is to prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document training activities in the company.
Assess internal and external training requests
Schedule Public, Internal and Client trainings
Update Public Trainings dates on the Live Website
Coordinate various logistical details essential for training programs
Work with finance to ensure proper revenue billing and reporting
Coordinate assessments for trainees as prerequisites for classes
Update Training Evaluation on the Website as and when needed
Provide information to clients on Training description, costs, and prerequisites
Maintain files and records as necessary.
Maintain tracking system including training feedback and analytics
Audit training materials
Maintain the Training Trackings for the current year
Coordinate with the Partners for their client trainings
Work in Medidata Products to help Trainers set up for classes
Special projects as assigned
Previous experience in supporting a training team
Ability to understand and differentiate audiences to be trained
Self-motivated, innovative and able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Solid analytical and technical skills
Demonstrated ability to work with employees across the organization globally. Individual will work with Trainers, programmers, marketing personnel and management
Strong Microsoft Office and G Suite skills
- Excellent organization and process and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel to regional offices as needed - estimated travel less than 15%.
Your Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred; or mininum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Prior experience as a training coordinator a plus
- Strong scheduling experience
- Strong organizational skills and understanding of internal processes
