Customer Solutions & Success Enablement is responsible for leading cross functional teams in the design, implementation and execution of initiatives that drive customer success and adoption through Medidata Sales, Services and CSS functions.
This leader will develop and execute programs that provide relevant product and implementation process knowledge to employees across the organization including roles in Sales, Professional Services and Customer Solutions and Success. This role will be responsible for ensuring appropriate information is provided to the organization to improve employee productivity and ensure cross-functional teams are in sync.
In this role you will:
Lead cross functional teams in the development and execution of department specific frameworks for enablement as well as product and platform implementation strategies and processes
Accountable for the creation and delivery of a series for department-specific employee enablement programs that ensure each understand the concept purpose, value, target persona, competitive differentiators, implementation/configuration strategies and definitions
Lead and oversee the development of operational change management plans for your portfolio
Work with Process Design and Communication Specialists to ensure robust, effective end to end process clarity and communications
Collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Product Marketing) to support the end to end sales and services enablement functions with key product knowledge and information
Work with R&D teams to develop department specific content and educational resources
Provide team learning and product feedback to R&D teams

Your Education & Experience:
Minimum education level required: Bachelor’s (advanced degree preferred)
Minimum years of experience overall: 7-9 years of relevant product management and related program management experience, preferably in Clinical Development
Experienced in effective, measurable operational change management planning and implementation
Process design and improvement experience desired
Extraordinary leadership skills and track record of developing and communicating a strategy, building relationships across teams and key partners to achieve business goals
Prior experience leading and delivering solutions to clients or consulting background is a plus
Deep experience in managing complex programs and problems
Proven understating of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices
Excellent Verbal and written skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business issues as well as solutions to a variety of partners and leaders
