Product Marketing Specialist
Close collaboration with Sales stakeholders to support the development and implementation of product marketing requirements in the countries.
Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement regional and global teams to provide actionable competitive intelligence, sales tools, training, and consultative engagement to serve the needs of the field.
Execute Product Launches, GTM Plan and Thought leadership activities across APeJ to drive engagements for customers and partners resulting in Medidata being a trusted advisor to our customers’ senior leaders.
Identify region relevant and develop Industry influencers program with country sales leaders to deliver joint messaging and programs.
Responsible for building and maintaining content relevant to the region to drive timely delivery of marketing programs and sales plays, to achieve pipeline targets and optimize ROI
Manage and roll-out sales enablement programs through various platforms in the region to internal, customers and partners.
Collect and Analyze market & pricing intelligence in order to advise the addressable market of products.
Work with third party agencies for smooth execution of initiatives.
Collaborate with Regional marketing teams to localize/adapt campaigns and programs, ensuring consistency of Medidata branding & messages across the countries whilst being the country’s subject matter expert.
Timely reporting on Product Marketing Campaigns/Programs and Budget
Understanding of, and experience in, developing and managing Product marketing initiatives and launches directly and through third party agencies
Proven track record and successes of developing and driving country requirements to ensure smooth launch process.
Experience in budget planning, and generate marketing reports based on initiatives run. Experience in SFDC/ Tableau reporting is essential.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to assimilate technical knowledge
Your Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Sciences or Life Sciences, or equivalent experience; Master’s degree or MBA a plus
Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B marketing in IT/ SaaS environment, with a minimum of 3-5 years of related product marketing experience. Knowledge and experience in the life sciences industry is preferred.
