Your Mission:

We are growing!  This incremental position- the Partner Program Relations Manager will support the creation, execution and management of Medidata’s global partner engagement strategy designed to help elevate the Medidata Partner Program brand awareness and increase the desire to  “do more together” with Partners in the marketplace . You will bring an engaging and energetic approach to this position with a partner first attitude!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on a global partner engagement strategy to drive awareness of the Medidata Partner Program inclusive of bringing in the right teams to execute on effective partner campaigns that strengthen the program brand such as; partner focused events, Partner Briefs & Spotlights, Blog posts, and other means as appropriate.

  • Develop and manage a Partner engagement calendar that provides global visibility & facilitates cross-team planning for all partner activities.

  • Develop and manage partner program initiatives such as a market development funds program and other creative ways to help increase engagement in the areas such as co-marketing and joint selling.

  • Responsible for ensuring we have the right partner materials for a full range of engagement needs and ensuring messaging is consistent across all Partner activities.

  • Brainstorm innovative ideas and strategies to support partner initiatives with a focus on increasing partner engagement.

  • Measure the effectiveness of partner engagement.

Your Competencies:

  • Team player with a self-starer mindset and strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, including high-touch partner engagement and the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Have strong strategic planning skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working independently, supporting several initiatives  simultaneously with minimal direction

  • Ability to adapt and prioritize effectively around changing deadlines, and flexibility to support other business functions and partner program initiatives when required.

Your Education & Experience:

  • Experience in Cloud/SaaS partner programs and documented success in increasing partner engagement or customer satisfaction.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience like marketing and communications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
