Sales Executive Assistant

The Sales Executive Assistant will spend approximately 50% of their time providing administrative support to the assigned sales leader(s) and 50% to work on special sales projects as assigned such as organising webinars, preparing sales data or keeping contact data up to date in salesforce.
Coordinate travel and prepare subsequent expense reports
Organize and maintain multiple calendars, including interaction with external and internal resources, from assistants to executives
Coordinate catering as needed (on- and off-site) for meetings
Cleanse and validate current contacts in salesforce
Research to suggest new potential contacts both in existing clients and whitespace
Prepare account data/analysis for sales campaigns
Support account managers in building relationship maps
High degree of professionalism required, including:
Discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidence
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Effective interpersonal skills at all levels within the Company
Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently with sometimes little or no supervision
Flexible, positive approach in a fast-paced environment
Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills
Your Education & Experience:
Experience in a sales administrative position
Strong Google skills - E-mail, Calendar, Google Docs
