The main objective of our Professional Services’ teams is to implement and maintain the product(s) purchased by our client and prospective customers. Our PS teams consult with our clients on processes related to: the use of our products, implementation of the product(s), and enablement so that they can understand and use our products to their full potential. With this objective, our Professional Services employees have a variety of responsibilities including, relationship building with clients, advising, liaising with the Product team, mitigating escalation issues, liaising with Customer Success, managing expectations, timelines, and budgets, and being experts in our products and the services they provide.
The Associate Implementation Consultant (AIC) Development Program is a five-month training and development program. During the 5 months of training, hires will get gain an in-depth understanding about Medidata, our clients, and our products. The expectation that trainee’s transition into a full-time Associate Implementation Consultant within our Professional Services Organization after the training period has concluded.
Associate Implementation Consultants work with Project Managers and other functional departments during the implementation and configuration of Medidata’s software applications for clinical studies. Once trained, AIC’s assist in authoring specification documents and in configuring study design during the development of clinical studies using Medidata’s suite of products.

Your Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Biological Sciences, Business Analytics, or technical or life sciences related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaborate as a member of a team
- Strong time management and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize activities to achieve results
