Your Mission:

Medidata is looking for a Senior Manager of Recruitment Operations. You will improve our ability to help grow the company quickly while, ensuring that our resources are maximized.

You will also be able to positively affect candidate experience by improving time-to-hire, communication with hiring teams, and more. This newly created role will report directly to and support the head of recruiting by managing operational aspects of recruiting and analytics, and identifying opportunities to promote efficiency. As a recruitment operations leader, you'll likely work with Medidatians all across the globe, including partners and team members on the Recruiting, People Analytics, and Engineering and Sales teams.

You Will:

  • Monitor and report important metrics (including KPIs) for sourcing platforms, staffing partners and productivity tools.

  • Use data to coordinate our recruitment processes.Establish and ensure all Service level agreements within are met and reviewed

  • Visualize and share data with a variety of colleagues, including TA, People leaders and internal client groups

  • Establish and evaluate workflows and process(es) for continuous improvement

  • Identify new tools to improve operations. Train and work with the recruiting organization, hiring managers and interviewers on operational changes to promote excellence.

  • Build relationships and collaborate across HR, Finance, vendors, Legal and People Operations

  • Understand market conditions, trends, and business growth targets to develop a recruitment strategy

  • Obtain business and candidate feedback on recruitment quality and identify improvement opportunities

  • Work with the VP of Talent Acquisition to manage change and related communications to our recruitment operations company-wide

  • Work directly with recruiting leaders to manage relationships with recruiting vendors, agencies and third-party suppliers

  • Review our current workflows and create new ones where needed to identify and help eliminate to data inconsistencies.

  • The ability to diagnose and address issues and have experience with approaches, for anticipating and resolving organizational, operational or process problems while suggesting and delivering appropriate intervention strategies

Your Education and Experience:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree; and 7+ years experience.

  • Experience working with confidential data.

  • Experience working with Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, Customer Support or Data teams.

  • Deep experience managing process improvement efforts for a recruiting department
