Your Mission: 

We are seeking a senior marketing manager with broad marketing and cross-functional experience to assist in global marketing campaign development and management. You will report to and work closely with the Director, Global Marketing Campaigns on developing, executing and managing effective campaigns, and will work closely with the Global Marketing Campaigns Coordinator.

Support the development and optimization of marketing campaigns weaving in industry themes and product value propositions, in order to drive business performance for a year long timeframe. 

  • Gather input from internal stakeholders, including regional demand teams and product marketing, during the campaign planning process.

  • Work closely with agencies on the development of core campaign assets such as white papers, landing page content, suggested banner ad copy. 

  • Coordinate campaign execution with each regional marketing team to track deployment of the materials, localization of the deliverables, time to market and ROI.

  • Work with regional teams to develop campaign activation plans; create a holistic calendar of campaign activities across regions and tactics.

  • Contribute to/support performance and ROI of campaigns, showcasing the impact on pipeline and incremental revenue. 

  • Follow best practices, including campaign frameworks, processes and roles and responsibilities.

  • Focus on the buyer’s journey and selected personas to deliver the right program and content at the right time during the course of a campaign.

  • Stay abreast of key industry trends and Medidata product launches and advancements.

Your Competencies: 

  • A well-rounded marketer versed in building and deploying global marketing campaigns, with a track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously

  • Exceptional project and relationship management skills

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated capabilities in campaign measurement, analyzing and interpreting data

  • Exceptional Google Slides/PowerPoint creation skills, with an eye for visual storytelling

  • Ability to see the bigger picture and how to weave multiple products and messages into a larger plan

  • Superior communication skills with demonstrated ability to navigate a complex organization 

  • Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch

Your Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 8+ years experience in demand/field marketing, brand or campaign management, or related function

  • Strong B2B marketing experience in planning and executing cross channel marketing campaigns preferred

  • Life sciences industry and/or clinical development area preferred
