Your Mission:

The Patient Cloud team is looking for an innovative, driven Senior Product Manager to help drive our Connected Patient Platform solutions to the next level. The industry is quickly moving towards solutions that allow for the efficient and seamless marriage of EHR, EMR, and EDC data, as well as solutions that manage post clinical trial patient activities including pre-surgical planning and more. The Connected Patient Platform (CPP) is well poised to deliver significant value to the industry and is strategically integrated with the broader Medical Clinical Cloud. Current projects on the CPP include professional sports team player management, pre-surgical planning portals for medical device companies, telemedicine consults within clinical trials, medical image sharing and exchange, and much more.

The Senior Product Manager is a key position within the broader Patient Cloud product team, reporting to the VP Product Management. In this role, you will partner within a matrix organization, working closely with key teams such as Engineering, UX, Sales, and Professional Services to develop detailed strategies and requirements to meet roadmap objectives as they align with the larger roadmap, and then drive execution through our AGILE cross-functional teams to support new features of the CPP. 

  • Serve as the hub to the rest of the MedidatI a, Patient Cloud, and 3DS organizations as it relates to CPP activities including sales, marketing, support, engineering, and services.

  • Be a leader, roadmap owner, and end-user expert for a cross-functional Agile team of developers, quality assurance, online help and training authors, and UX designers

  • Interact with other product managers, internal subject matter experts, and customer end-users to understand and define the key problems, requirements, workflows, and define solutions

  • Create detailed use cases, supporting functional requirements, workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Work closely with development team in an Agile SCRUM environment to refine, prioritize and support the development, testing and release of functionality

  • Support and lead key internal cross-functional activities necessary for successful product release

  • Lead customer feedback sessions, preparing presentations and engaging end users effectively to define innovative solutions

  • Create presentations and demos to help train internal teams and educate customer users on roadmap and new functionality

  • Review, prioritize, comment and follow-up on product defects

  • Evangelize the product and serve as a point of contact and product expert for internal teams and external customers

  • Work with engineering, user experience and software quality assurance to ensure the defined functional requirements are properly interpreted and implemented. 

  • Collaborate with project management, professional services, customer care, sales, marketing, service delivery, training, and user documentation teams to successfully launch new features and enhancements.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • EHR/EMR experience

  • DICOM / Medical Imaging experience

  • Telemedicine experience

  • Workflow Management / Practice Management experience

Your Education & Experience:

  • 4+ years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or equivalent experience with eClinical or Healthcare technologies 

  • Experience leading SaaS products and Agile product development teams

  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Area
