Your Mission:

The Demand Manager, Operations EMEA Marketing is responsible for working closely with the Marketing Operations Director to provide support and liaison with the Bus Dev Director and team of 15. 

A key focus of the role is planning, creation and management of Outreach campaigns (a sales productivity tool used by the BD team). This involves content creation, Outreach operations and reporting, and training for new BD members in the tool, its functionality and capabilities etc. This newly created position will also work closely with members of the EMEA marketing team to support lead generation and outbound campaigns through Outreach whilst also supporting lead management requirements. It will require exceptional agility, the ability to innovate, and a “hands-on” approach to accomplish the work. 

Your Commitments:

  • Manage the EMEA marketing Outreach campaigns process end to end, including the creation of planning documents, sequences, reports, etc. to establish best practices and deliver ongoing positive results that support pipeline creation.

  • Analysis of Outreach campaigns & liaison with US counterpart on strategies and synergies where appropriate that can be leveraged for EMEA.

  • Liaising with the BD team to support/create/review targeted messaging enhancements/improvements where needed.

  • Upload/testing of sequences and Outreach maintenance (finalise sequences, standardise naming conventions, maintain content folders, etc.)

  • Keep demand activity list updated.

  • Troubleshoot Outreach issues.

  • Join bi-weekly Outreach client support calls.

  • Support the Marketing Operations Director in lead management operations, verifying upload lists to Eloqua and ensuring subsequent integration into SFDC.

  • Assign leads to the BD team in Outreach with clear, concise communication to them of the assignment and subsequent actions needed.

  • Own various weekly report actions (running weekly reports etc.).


Your Competencies:

  • Proficiency in sales and marketing automation platforms e.g Eloqua, Outreach and Salesforce

  • Proficient in Excel and passionate about data with great reporting tools

  • Strong understanding of Marketing: campaigns, execution, segmentation, and resource distribution

  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills to bring together stakeholders from disparate functional groups to enable program creation, support, and execution

  • Thorough understanding of marketing analytics techniques coupled with a strong business sense

  • Fast learner – Can pick up things quickly and does not require hand holding

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously

  • Ability to troubleshoot with a solution finding mindset

  • Up to 5% travel; mostly EMEA-based

Your Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business and/or Marketing; or equivalent years of experience

  • Requires a minimum of 4 years of marketing operations experience including analysing and reporting on lead generation sources and metrics in B2B demand generation
