What Will You Be Doing?

Members of the Medicus Sales Team are responsible for building relationships with hospital executives at healthcare organizations across the nation. We act as a strategic partner and adviser for our clients, so they never miss a beat when it comes to providing care to the patients they serve. Medicus is a fast-paced sales organization that is driven by a high volume of phone calls and outreach to identify and qualify potential prospects and opportunities. Your first six months at Medicus are designed to incorporate comprehensive training and support to ensure you’re got what you need to be successful. In This Role, You Will:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities at healthcare facilities nationwide
  • Conduct strategic discussions with decisions makers and key partners within healthcare organizations
  • Develop and manage pipeline activity resulting in new client partnerships and relationships
  • Drive sales cycle with a sense of urgency ensuring clients’ expectations are met while achieving targeted sales goals and acceptable margins of the business unit
  • Design and present customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients

Your Character Matters Most:

  • Ability to establish rapport with high level healthcare executives
  • Adept at closing new business deals with significant revenue goals
  • Experience with establishing relationships over the phone and in person
  • Successful background in a complex sale and performance-based environment
  • Self-motivated and consistent track record in prospecting and new business development with a service or solution-based offering
