Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

The Opportunity:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for driving all aspects of the internal recruitment process with a keen focus on creating strong talent pipelines for our critical hiring needs, managing the process and partnering with Hiring Managers, and Senior Leadership. This position will be responsible for achieving recruitment goals across various departments and job functions.
In this role, you will:
- Source, recruit, and pre-screen candidates to determine alignment of capabilities to job requirements.
- Conduct continuous outreach, networking and engagement techniques to develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to create and review job requisitions and develop a recruitment strategy to optimize the interview experience.
- Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool
- Participate in marketing and branding strategies to attract quality candidates and establish Medicus brand as an employer of choice in our market
- Accurately document, engage, and track candidates in our ATS and CRM databases
- Actively participate and contribute to process improvement strategies, projects and initiatives within Talent Acquistion, the greater People Team/HR, and the organization
- Keep hiring managers and other key leaders informed about status of progress, challenges, etc.
- Provide white-glove service to candidates, i.e. act as key point of contact, ensure timely follow up, etc.
- Negotiate offers, including review of salary expectation with candidates, collaboration with HR and hiring managers to define appropriate compensation benchmarks, offer letter generation and approvals and ultimately extension of formal offer.
- Key partner for on and off-campus recruiting and college hiring initiatives
- Solicit feedback from candidates to continuously improve the Medicus candidate experiences
Here's what we look for:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a sales-focused organization.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent requisitions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build productive long term relationships at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
- Results driven with proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
- High level of self-confidence, sense of urgency and ability to make independent decisions.
- Works both autonomously and as a member of a team; intrinsically self-motivated.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- The position is initially offered as a contract role, with the possibility of extending the contract or transitioning to a permanent hire based on performance and business needs.
