The Opportunity:

As the Manager of Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of recruiting Team Leads and high producing Recruiters to meet customer needs and grow the business. This role requires a motivated problem solver with strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate the team’s delivery against client staffing needs
  • Prioritize and allocate resources to projects in alignment with departmental goals and growth strategies in collaboration with department leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and call plans to meet the company’s staffing needs, aligning with long-term business objectives
  • Provide creative solutions to complex situations and operational problems involving our clients and physicians; act as a primary point of contact in the escalation process
  • Lead and mentor a group of recruiting team leads, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and team goals
  • Oversee production for high producing recruiters to ensure goals and metrics are achieved. Design and help implement monthly plans for current providers of high producing recruiters to ensure stability and growth
  • Ensure team members have development plans in place and are provided the consistent performance feedback necessary to be successful in their role and grow professionally
  • Identify delivery trends and proactively put solutions in place to address challenges
  • Utilize data and metrics to analyze and report on recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize recruitment efforts
  • Works closely with Talent Acquisition to hire and on-board new recruiters and team leads to achieve budgeted headcount to support the needs of the business

Here’s what we look for:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment
  • 2+ year of sales management/leadership experience directly managing employees
  • Proven track record of managing and developing a high-performing recruitment team
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to establish relationships over the telephone
  • Experience in staff development
  • Time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Able to demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem solving
