ROLE OUTLINE
The Performance Executive is a crucial role within the team, providing the foundations for success for our clients. You are responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting, working very closely with your manager to produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets.
You are highly analytical, have an acute attention to detail, and excited to work with market leading partners & technologies. Most importantly, you are passionate about deepening your knowledge of all aspects of the biddable industry.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS

WHAT YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME DOING
People – 15% of your time
  • Positively contribute to team meetings, leading some sections and owning follow-ups
  • Liaise confidently with vendors and publishers to both resolve challenges and find new opportunities
  • Provide clear guidance and instruction when working with, teaching, or helping others

 

 
Product – 45% of your time
  • Deliver end-to-end biddable campaigns, including flawless campaign management and strong use of tools & technology
  • Take ownership of exceptional client reporting, applying insightful context and immaculate attention to detail throughout
  • Proactively work towards and maintain all mandatory channel certifications, as well as identifying further opportunities for growth with your manager.
  • Work closely with your manager to develop planning skills, including measurement and tracking frameworks
Client – 15% of your time
  • Represent client needs to vendors and partners, supporting your manager on larger initiatives
  • Begin developing relationships with clients at a junior level, as it relates to implementation planning & buying
  • Proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives
Commercial – 25% of your time
  • Deliver accurate and timely reconciliation of campaigns in line with best practice and with exceptional attention to detail
  • Monitor all financial and compliance processes for 100% accuracy, particularly bookings, loadings, and resolving account queries
  • Develop a strong understanding of in-scope services for your clients, and the process for completing work above and beyond
