In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • 组织并协调团队共同合作,策略拟定,完成方案的撰写和正式提案;
  • 进行内部资源协调与工作进度追踪, 确保项目能在时效内顺利高质量的完成,与部门整体的发展策略保持一致,能够即及时在内部沟通项目进展;
  • 负责重要客户需求的窗口对接与管理,管理客户与执行项目人员之间信息协调沟通, 保证项目的准确有效达成;

In six months:

  • 负责内外部资源协调,并协调其所负责的客户组与其他客户组,及其他部门之间的合作关系;
  • 与团队配合和为现有客户和新业务提供社会化营销品牌整合传播策划管理服务,向客户提供社会化营销战略咨询服务,基于不同平台的特点、资源、不同类别社交意见领袖类别的社交营销方案;

In 12 months:

  • 指导并帮助所在团队成员提高工作能力及专业技巧,定期对其负责客户及客户组内各成员作评估报告和发展建议。
  • 关注最新社交营销趋势,平台资源、数据工具发展,挖掘营销市场的最新资源和合作形式,及时就客户情况与团队提出建设性意见


What your day job looks like at GroupM:

  • End-to-end project management: build a bridge between brands platform and KOL
  • Internal communication: follow the process of briefing/ sourcing/ booking and so on
  • Team management and cross-function team cooperation
