Associate Director, Audience & Data Enablement



We are looking for an Associate Director, Audience & Data Enablement to join our team, responsible for Digital/Direct research, analysis, and insight generation for cross-industry client groups.


Your Impact:

Utilizing your analytical and problem solving skills, you will develop critical business insights across clients to increase ROI on media investments. More specifically, you’ll

  • Provide on-going analytical support utilizing marketing mix modeling, forecasting, and custom analytical approaches to address client issues
  • Present project results to clients and prospective clients
  • Manage projects with focus on the impact and/or ROI of media and marketing activities
  • Make recommendations based on analyses and experience
  • Develop and train team, including Analysts, Sr. Analysts, and Managers
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years’ experience in statistical and econometric analysis with emphasis in the area of Marketing Mix Analysis
  • Experience with advanced analytic techniques, such as multivariate regression analysis, Bayesian shrinkage, predictive modeling, logistic regression, factor analysis, sales forecasting, response prediction, advertising effectiveness, consumer profiling, market mix, and ROI measurement
  • Knowledge of a variety of analytical tools
  • Fluency in SAS, SPSS, R, or any other advanced analytics software package
  • Comprehensive understanding of metrics, including Media, Measurement analytics, quantitative business measures, and Statistics
  • Experience in Media ROI Optimization Consulting required
