Manager, Performance Accelerator

Description

Overview:

We are looking for a Manager, Performance Accelerator to join our team, responsible for the day-to-day performance of a client’s paid marketing initiatives while focusing on budget allocations and real-time recommendations to maximize efficiencies.

 

Your Impact:

Utilizing your relationship building and advanced execution skills, you will drive results for client goals in collaboration with activation, analytics, and planning teams. More specifically, you’ll

  • Supervise client paid programs, including daily goal attainments, bid and budget shift recommendations, tracking of budgetary changes, and accounting
  • Develop positive relationship with various teams, vendors, and Directors for optimal service levels and results
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics based on client KPI targets
  • Develop tools and processes to improve efficiencies
  • Contribute to corporate initiatives, automation projects, process changes, and rollouts
  • Build POVs, standard methodologies, and key process documentation
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications; or equivalent professional work experience
  • 2-3 years of paid performance in a biddable environment (paid search, paid social, programmatic buying) within a direct response or performance account
  • Experience in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Web tends, Omniture) and self-serve platforms (FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, etc.)
  • Expert in Pay-Per-Click optimization techniques (ROI/CPA/CPL/Impression Share)
  • Experience in 3rd party tracking tools (DoubleClick, VIQ, MTA, Conversant, Neustar, etc.) is a plus
