Mediacom Creative Systems is a new kind of creative activation shop, at the intersection of brand, performance, and emerging media. About the Role:

We are seeking an agency project manager to join MediaCom’s Creative Systems team.

This role is will be a key member of the Creative Systems project management team that will support a an integrated dynamic creative optimization team from strategy to creative to ad deployment.

The PM role is a mid-level role that will report to the head of business operations and production.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project timelines, estimates, and scopes of work
  • Track project activities, milestones, deliverables, due dates for assigned projects
  • Drive project check in meetings, take notes and follow up on next steps
  • Communicate project status to department heads as required
  • Ensure project team completes deliverables on-time with highest quality by ensuring proper internal review and feedback steps are taken
  • Manage deck creation and proofreading efforts
  • Contribute scope and estimates to final response with input from department heads and oversight from the Director of Integrated Production
  • Track and report project status daily or weekly as required
  • Manage shared server organization, deck creation and proofreading efforts

Your Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years experience in agency project management and/or production at an integrated marketing/creative agency and/or digital experience preferred
  • Experience with digital display (banners) and OLV project lifecycles
  • Experience with media, advertising, and DCO a big plus.
  • Fierce attention to detail, highly organized, excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple work streams, teams and meetings throughout the day
  • Excellent communication skills that helps make collaborations/meetings more efficient (recap notes/outlines, action items, etc.)
  • Excellent problem solving and follow up skills
  • Balance a sense of calm, and good judgement while being both empathetic and firm if/when needed. Ability to recognize and parse what’s flexible/adaptable, and what’s not
