Job Title: Analyst, Global Commercial

Objectives of the Role:  

The Analyst provides support to the Global Commercial Group across commercial, global fee pricing, new business and reporting initiatives. 

Business Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the commercial proposals for global new business pitches, including communications to local markets, consolidating data, pricing out fees, and analyzing the remuneration structures.
  • Monitoring and tracking of global retained fees and commissions of existing clients.
  • Pricing of staff plans to determine fair fees to clients.
  • Market data analyses and reporting based on contractual or internal requirements, such as media rebates and incentives, timesheets and fee reconciliations, unbilled media, etc.
  • Tracking of global client contracts.
  • Tracking local market communications for a given request and building an efficient Excel file that consolidates local market data and enables quick and easy analysis.
  • Creating clear, simplified summary Excel files to present complex global data to management/decision makers.
  • Help brief and educate local markets about key commercial issues.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • General understanding of financial concepts such as revenue, costs, profit, invoicing, and cash flow.
  • Very comfortable with algebra and simple pricing formulas.
  • Proactive approach to create efficient methods to consolidate and maneuver through large data sets.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Qualifications and other relevant information:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance or business affairs, exposure to multiple markets is a plus
