Media Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

 

The Media Operations Coordinator supports the media and account teams with financial and operational processes.

 

Your Impact:

 

  • Handle monthly reporting and billing for various clients
  • Match invoices to media buys and approve for payment
  • Liaise between the media team and billing department to ensure financials are in order and clients are billed accurately
  • Ensure that client accounts are in good standing and invoices have been processed for payment
  • Monitor the monthly budgets of various clients
  • Provide summaries of monthly billing and reconciliation
  • Run monthly meetings with media teams to ensure accounts are running properly
  • Resolve discrepancies with vendors and media teams
  • Contact sites for missing invoices
  • Handle site/vendor inquires
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Your Knowledge & Abilities:

 

  • Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to produce high quality work within a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Mediaocean and DCM
  • Excellent math, verbal, and written skills

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred; concentration in Advertising, Marketing, or Finance/Economics a plus
  • 1 to 2 years prior experience preferred; relevant internship a plus
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and proficiency with MS Word
